1、通过远程登录的方式或者通过串口线连接交换机的console口登陆交换机，进入用户视图。

2、在用户视图输入命令reset saved-configuration 然后选择"Y"。如图所示：

3、输入reboot，并在接下来的第一个询问中选择“N”，第二个询问中选择“Y”等待交换机重启。如图所示：

4、设备重启以后，配置恢复默认出厂值，console口登陆时会提示设置密码，把该交换机当作交换机配置即可。
